Our tasting room and restaurant is located at 755 East Dr. Suite #106, Hopewell Junction, NY, in a repurposed IBM plant directly off Route 84/Route 52.
Along with a full-service bar featuring the freshest Sloop you can get, we also have a full-service dine-in restaurant serving hand-tossed pizza and snacks and entrees inspired by street food from around the world. You can find our menu here!
Yes! Along with Sloop beers, we have a rotating selection of hard cider on draft, canned wines, handcrafted seasonal cocktails, hard seltzer, and Boylan soda.
Yes! We offer 4, 6, and 12-packs of beer to go, as well as crowlers! We’re also happy to fill clean growlers.
Yes! Our wine and cider selection is gluten-free. Our food menu has various vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as some options that can be made vegan with modification. We do ask that all guests let their server know about any allergies they have prior to ordering, just in case!
You sure can! We have a private event space called The Barrel Room that seats up to 60, or you can buy out the whole tasting room! And we have in-house catering packages! Check out our private events page for more information.
Yes! We just ask that all children be supervised at all times.
Service animals are the only animals we allow in our tasting room.

Nope! The juicy aroma and flavor of Juice Bomb and all of our hazy IPAs come from hops and hops only.
Sediment is a naturally occurring part of most hazy IPAs! Sediment can be caused by a few different things, but in a NEIPA, it’s typically caused by the settling of hop precipitate over time. If the beer smells and tastes good, this is completely fine and normal.
Below are some general guidelines for the shelf life of every kind of Sloop beer! But keep in mind these are approximate. We also highly recommend getting the freshest Sloop you can, and keeping it refrigerated once you have it – like it says on the cans, store cold, drink fresh!

The Barrel Room can accommodate up to 60 guests seated, with a variety of seating configurations available depending on your event.
The Barrel Room is available for private events Wednesday through Sunday. Availability is subject to the event calendar, so reach out to our team to find a date that works for you.

Yes. The space includes an HD projector, 10-foot-wide screen, and dedicated sound and music zone. A microphone and podium are also available for presentations and speeches.
